Processed data
ChiwaSpace processes identity and contact data, account information, bookings or orders, billing data, support messages and technical logs necessary for security. Sensitive data must only be collected when a specific feature and legal basis justify it.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing is used to execute the contract, provide requested services, secure access, comply with legal obligations, handle disputes and, with consent when required, measure audience or personalise communications.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible to authorised teams and strictly necessary service providers, including hosting, payment, messaging and support. A professional present on the marketplace receives only the data necessary for the service that concerns them. Payment providers process payment data according to their own regulatory obligations.
Retention and transfers
Data is kept for the duration necessary for the service, support and accounting or litigation obligations, then deleted or anonymised. When a transfer outside the European Economic Area is necessary, it must be based on a protection mechanism recognised by applicable law.
Your rights
According to applicable regulations, you may request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability or opposition, and withdraw consent without calling into question previous processing. Authentication and third-party services (Google OAuth / OIDC)
When you use Google authentication (Google OAuth / OIDC), only the necessary profile data (surname, first name, email address, profile photo) is collected in order to create and authenticate your user account. This data is strictly reserved for authentication and the management of your account on the platform, without any resale, advertising transfer or transfer to unauthorised third parties.
